Q: What is the quantity per box?

A box of lenses contains a pair of lenses for both eyes (2 lenses). Meaning if you want to purchase 1 pair, select quantity "1" to place the order. Likewise, select "2" for 2 pairs of lens. 

Q: Do you have different prescription for a single box?

We do not offer different prescriptions in a single box of a pair of lenses for regular non or prescription lenses. Customers would have to purchase 2 boxes of different prescriptions if they have different power/degrees for both eyes. However, 20% discount is given with the 2nd box purchase onwards and 40% for 4 boxes! For Toric/Astigmatism lenses, you can select or choose different prescriptions individually/separately for both eyes. 

Q: How long is the shipping? What is the difference between free shipping and express shipping?

Q: I have a promo code, and it says invalid! What can i do?

It might be due to insufficient items in the cart for the discount code to work (as every promotion structure is different), please check the basis of the promotion properly. Some promo codes are 1 time use only as well. 

Q: Does my purchase comes with multi-purpose disinfect solutions? 
No. We do not provide solutions. However, you can easily get it at your local drugstore or pharmacy. If you are not sure what brand to choose, here's some suggestion: 
Alcon Opti-Free, Clean Clear, Bausch & Lomb, ReNu, Complete, and many others including store brands. Prices range from 7 - 15 dollars per bottle. Just make sure the soaking solutions is for soft contact lenses. 

Q: Is an eye exam required before ordering contact lenses? 
No need if you already have a valid prescription. Otherwise, it's recommended to obtain a valid prescription by your Optometrist or Optician before you place your order . If your prescription is still valid, but you are starting to notice some changes in your vision, you should be reexamined. 

Q: Can I get a circle lens if they are a different size and base curve than I'm wearing now? 
Most of our lens base curve is 8.6mm. But not everyone has a 8.6mm bc, but what is usually accepted is a +/- 0.2mm deviation. As in, for 8.6mm bc, you can be 8.4~8.8mm and you should be okay. 
If you are not sure, we suggest you seek advice from your optometrist or eye care specialist. 

Q: Can I wear circle lenses / colored contacts if I have astigmatism?

Q: Will my eye color effect the color of the lens? 
To a certain extent, yes, circle lenses will blend in to your natural eye color, so there may have slight difference compare the pictures you saw on our website. (As you know, every people eye color is different). These pictures are only meant to give you an idea of how the colored contact lens will look on the eyes. They cannot be an exact representation because your underlining eye color has some effect as does the color values of your monitor. 

Q: How long does a contacts last? 

Our lenses are good for 30 ~ 90 days depending on your usage and maintenance, we usually recommend customers to discard after 30 days, but we've heard customers use up to 90 days. The rule of thumb is to discard them immediately when there is slight discomfort.

Q: Can I soak the lens in saline? 

No. Saline is not meant to disinfect circle lens. Saline is just for rinsing. You should soak your circle lens in multi-purpose disinfect solutions eg. Alcon Opti-Free, Clean Clear, Bausch & Lomb, ReNu, Complete, etc. But remember NOT to mix different brand of multi-purpose solutions.

Q: How often should I change the lens case? 
It is recommended to change your lens case every 3 months to minimize the bacteria infection in the case. 

Q: Is this website legit or Are those products authentic?

A: Of course. It is strictly prohibited to sell counterfeit products for us.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping usually takes about 7-20 business days depending on the shipping method your selected.  Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order and send them to an international shipping company. If the item your ordered is temporarily out of stock or it is a pre-order item, then we may ship out your order within 1-2 weeks. More detail can be found in Shipping Policy
